While investigating the bloody murder of a rich woman’s maid, police detective Hoshino (Kanji Tsuda) uncovers a mystery that stretches back to feudal Japan and a bloody battlefield where a sexy vampire (Aya Sugimoto) saves the life of a dying soldier by taking his immortal soul. Director Ten Shimoyama (Shinobi) fills every frame of the film with style, even if it undermines the substance of the story.
